This film draws from my evolving ECOLOGICAL STORYTELLING approach based on the ecophilosophy of Joanna Macy’s Active Hope and from my ongoing involvement with three key Communities of Practice in:
WEALL (Wellbeing Economy Alliance)
Active Hope/The Work That Reconnects
and the Eco-Mindfulness of David Loy’s Ecodharma and the Interbeing Practice of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Earth Holder Community Plum Village Tradition.
It is inspired by the work of WEALL Ireland’s Cultural Creatives Community of Practice; a community of over 40 artists, academics and activists working towards a wellbeing economy for all.
This film was originally launched at the WEALL (Wellbeing Economy Alliance) Global conference in Dublin.
& this re-imagined version was launched at the IFI in December, 2024.
And we are so happy to share the exciting news that – as of Jan 2025 – Oscar-winner and UNICEF Ambassador Stephen Rea has come on board.
