This 9-minute short film is a proof-of-concept for a feature-length film currently in development with the working title DEAR ANCESTOR with TRI MOON FILMS.
With the participation of Oscar-nominated/BAFTA-winning actor and UNICEF Ambassador Stephen Rea.
This film draws from my evolving ECOLOGICAL STORYTELLING approach based on the ecophilosophy of Joanna Macy’s Active Hope and from my ongoing involvement with three key Communities of Practice in:
WEALL (Wellbeing Economy Alliance)
Active Hope/The Work That Reconnects
and the Interbeing Practice of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Earth Holder Community Plum Village Tradition & David Loy’s Ecodharma.
It is inspired by the work of WEALL Ireland’s Cultural Creatives Community of Practice; a community of over 40 artists, academics and activists working towards a wellbeing economy for all.
